This photo performance is a story of migration, gender, and identity, that I have always been challenged with. In this performance I wore a Burqa and took myself to the streets and lived as an Afghan woman for 45 minutes in Burqa. I did This performance in collaboration with Tahmina Alizada in Mashhad, Iran.
